"Jamestown" TV Series Debuts in United States on March 23

On Friday, March 23, Jamestown, an eight-part miniseries, will debut in the United States on the PBS MASTERPIECE Amazon channel and PBS Passport. Jamestown originally debuted in the U.K. on SKY1 and NOW TV on May 5, 2017. Jamestown is produced by Carnival Films, who also produced Downton Abbey.  

A new episode will be available each Friday exclusively on streaming. The PBS MASTERPIECE Amazon channel is included with Amazon Prime subscriptions.

Jamestown is a period drama set in historic Jamestown in 1619. The miniseries portrays a fictionalized story of three women (Alice, Verity and Jocelyn) as they arrive to the English colony. Jamestown is written by Bill Gallagher and stars Naomi Battrick, Sophie Rundle, Niamh Walsh, Max Beesley, Jason Flemyng, Burn Gorman, Dean Lennox Kelly, Stuart Martin, Matt Stokoe and Steven Waddington.

Season 2 of Jamestown debuted in the U.K. in February 2018 and is another eight-part miniseries.
